We have more czars than we know what to do with.
Now for all I have read about the czars, is there a hidden agenda here? Isn't so the czars can run amuck and not be prosecuted? Or gain too much power and step on people's toes? I thought I read something about that.

Good work, Saltwater! And why is the word "Czar" so accepted. Connotations of Marxism/Socialism don`t seem to frighten many, especially those on the left. Great post, very creative and frightening prose.
