The Unfathomable Crime of Baby Peter

I am glad the child is dead. He is in the arms of his Heavenly Father and free from the evil that was his world. Some people should not have children.

That is my blog on the story of Baby Brianna from New Mexico. Just as heart wrenching.

This was so hard to take in...It's beyond evil.

Thank you for posting this, Babs, although I was unable to finish reading it through my tears! Heartbreaking and enraging that parents could do this to their own children. Baby Peter is with God and is safe now. How could others around him allow this to happen? Sadly, there are millions of children out there who suffer horrific abuse by the hands of their own parents.

Stories such as these are the tip of the iceberg and I believe parents who harm their own children, should be at least sterilized and not permitted to have or be around other children. Or even better, be put to death. It would be easy to pull the lever on monsters such as these.

I saw the Baby Peter story on another site I blog on and I felt the need to spread his story to enrage others on what had been done to him, he was alone then and helpless but we can empower ourselves to spread his story to make it known. He is with God now in peace and for those involved in his abuse, neglect and death, another place awaits them someday.

There was a story last year in my town of two mothers that went out drinking and left their total of I think 5 children left alone at home. They accidentally set the apartment on fire and their children died. They begged for mercy in court.

"Nobody in this courtroom can say anything bad, because they weren't there," Love said, choking up briefly. "I just had one beer, and my whole life changed."

I hope those beers were worth the cost of your children's lives. Irresponsible. You belong in jail and sterilized. They were sentenced to 1 to 2 years.

If parents or caretakers abuse their kids or their substance abuse gets in the way of parenting, they should just take their kids to a police station. If there is any abusive parent reading this, please for your childs life, please take your child to a safer place. Its a shame tougher sentences arent an automatic given .No light sentences ,no forgiving.

You are right. Had this child lived for years, it would have lived in terror far worse. A child this young had no comprehension, probably was not aware of the 'NEXT TIME COMING',he probably did not know this wasnt normal. What a shame.
