The one thing that struck me as I watched as much of the debate as I could stomache was how little difference there was between the two candidates. I think it they say down and discussed it there is really a lot more that they agree on than that they disagree on. Conservatives and liberal are rarely pure. Their ideas and ideals seem to overlap. They also seem so intent on telling people what they want to hear and not offend anybody that they say nothing at all.
