A Vet Looks at Barack Obama

The left has conducted political campaigns using war-footing tactics. Every problem is a "crisis" and must be met with radical change to the current system, they say.

Jonah Goldberg's book, "Liberal Fascism", goes into historic detail regarding the left's ability to subvert constitutional rights in the name of defeating the enemy.

The Cloward-Piven Strategy is an excellent example. Thanks for the many links.

The current voter fraud tactic is designed to overload the county governments with too many registered "voters" on the rolls. After the election, there will be outrage that Republicans somehow suppressed the vote by not allowing a sufficient number of voters in to cast ballots.

Classic Cloward-Piven.

There is indeed a God who rules in the affairs of men. As He caused Nebuchadnezzar to learn, "the Most High God is sovereign over the kingdoms of men and sets over them anyone he wishes". The outcome of the election is known by God and it will serve His purposes.
Our job, as Christians - those called by the name of Christ - is outlined in 2 Chron 7:14. We, the Church, the Body of Christ, need to humble ourselves and pray and turn from OUR wicked ways. The individual Christians that make up the Church are the ones who have dropped the ball. We haven't heeded these words. When we do God will bless and heal the nation, for the sake of His people.
God loves us all and Jesus' sacrifice paid for everyone's sin. We just have to show those who don't know it yet what it looks like to live as a forgiven child of God.
That being said, I'm continuing to pray earnestly and will fast before the election. But I'm confident knowing that God is in charge. You know, it's when times get tough that people seek Him out.
So pray and watch but know who's in charge.

A group of neighbors have in fact been meeting for prayers for our country. We are all afraid. I know we have to trust GOD and believe he's in charge - but I also feel so many have strayed, it's probably time for us to learn a lesson.

As more and more truths about Obama come to light - I now understand why he's been pushing people to vote early!!

On the other hand, I have been praying and THANKING God for the McCain/Palin victory. I believe that God knows there are millions of God-fearing people out there, who see through Obama's lies and deceptions, and that the Obama camp will be STUNNED that they lost. I have confidence that God will inspire those "undecided" voters to vote for the McCain/Palin ticket, because some of the things they've finally gotten around to reading THEMSELVES about Obama SCARE them. Also, many like me Thank God for inspiring John McCain to pick Sarah Palin for VP. I truly believe that without Sarah, McCain would have NO CHANCE to win.
