Gross incompetence

You know what's really stupid about these universal coverage schemes? It's the law that says you cannot get something out that you do not put in. In this case, health insurance. Let's say we spend $10B on health care today. Add another 10,000 people to the system. How much more health care is delivered for that same $10B?
