Say Please or Die!

I feel as though I must be a couple of centuries old. Have please and thank you become quaint words except to those who would be masters of the small and defenseless since they cannot be masters even of themselves?

That is what happened, I believe, to Baby Grace and to many precious ones about whom we know nothing.

Those in power know in their bleak, cold hearts that they have no power; they are impotent, even against a two-year-old. They are powerless and impotent, flailing around like rag dolls; thus they impose their rage on those over whom it is obvious they have dominion. They cannot crush a "Please" from a two-year-old; they show their power by crushing her ability to say anything.

Yes, I would say they must have been powerful at the moment of the baby's death; after all, they were still living.

As to the bomb and to our "leaders," also impotent against the micro-minds of madmen, will we use the power we have? Will we wait to be crushed, inch by inch? Do the micro-minds wait for us to kill ourselves, inch by inch? In this matter the micro-minded will be absolved on any possible wrongdoing.

Meanwhile, we wait, suspended, thank you.
