Almost total agreement

It was a vendetta by the cops to stop the man from complaining or to throw it out completely, which I would be willing to bet is exactly what happened.

But, I do have to differ with you on one point. A man's home is NOT a castle and substances that are illegal are NOT legal insdie the house. The cops could do with the trash what they wanted. And when they found that stick (WHY in heavens name, did he put it in the trash? That was not the brightest thing he ever did.. Didn't he think they would be after him?) they could get probable cause from that. Same as they got on Capone or one of those mafia guys.

I watched C.O.P.S. for a while, but lately it sickens me. I can understand that they HAVE to cuff everyone now. I can understand that they are afraid - they have reason. BUT I SAW them force a woman ON THE GROUND, PUT THEIR KNEE ON HER BACK, FACE INTO CONCRETE, when she offered absolutely NO resistance. Yes, and LOTS of men too. That is abhorent.

I was raised to respect police officers. But now I have no respect for cops. They seeem to be on a power trip.
