I agree with most of your points. I would like to think that the high expectations will hurt him more than many believe. Unlike you, though, I don't think it will alter Obama as much as you do. I actually think it will hurt him in terms of his popularity if he is unable to deliver. Expectations have risen so high that if he does not make significant improvements then he is going to really be hurt by public opinion. I really enjoyed your article. I just finished writing a new blog on the economy and I would love for you to leave a comment or two if you get the chance.
