The motive is on the part of the drug manufacture no doubt, who stands to make a ridiculous amount of money if this drug is made mandatory. Also, if states make the drug mandatory the drug company (Merck) is not liable if the vaccine does prove to have negative side effects on girls. As far as the dumb socialist liberals go, their motive is the same as always...taking care of the rest of us because we can't be trusted to do it ourselves.
