Now how would it be if the 2016 race was quite similar to the 2008 race? Two candidates, one older, wiser and steeped in Washington Politics; one young, fresh, hot and capturing both the attention of the media and the youth for their radical views? Now how would it be if that race featured two bright, historic women instead of a couple of guys?? Sara Palin pitted against Hillary Clinton...

At some point in this blog I seem to remember hwalker writing that her generation was more concerned with social issues than those of gender or race. While I gave Mrs. Clinton an edge because of her gender, I also believe that she was the more experienced candidate on the Democratic ticket. I don't believe Gov. Palin meets that "experience" criteria, nor does her image do anything to boost the US image on the world stage (e.g. the Bush legacy of being a cowboy.) My opinion - McCain could've made a much better choice.
