You claim to believe in freedoms so long as people don't use that freedom to condemn. Unless of course the condemnation is yours.

You invite people who don't share your own vision to move out of the country much the same as the "America, Love It Or Leave It" crowd. You want a country made up of people who think only as you do, so you are different from them how?

...protect any one? A crime upon a person is no more or less a crime whether commited for greed or hatred. The only benifit from hate crime legislation will be realised by the lawyers, once a crime is commited the victim is not "helped" by additional laws.

Name one tangible benifit that arises from hate crime laws. If a man murders another does the hate crime law make that murder worse? Is the victim benifited by it? And it is not hypothetical that lawyers will make more money from this, unless you don't intend to allow people to contest those charges once levied against them.
