Yes, I think this is likely. I have also been told by a relative in Pennsylvania that, although they are McCain supporters, they tell pollsters they are Obama supporters to throw them off. They are so tired of the polls that they want them to think Obama is leading - and then perhaps they will back off in PA, and then surprise! Another Nov 4 election win for the GOP.
I do think there is a concerted effort of some to kind to make everything seem one way, when it is really another...I wrote a post on that today, also, if you want to check it out, please visit my blog, too!
