Wow, did you take those pictures? Those are really good. Starkings sounds interesting. I'm also a vegetarian and part of my going over to the dark side of the right included reading several essays and interviews with Matthew Scully, a conservative animal rights activist. There is alot to say for Buddhism as well. It has the best human rights record of any religion in the world, in my opinion.

I saw that Elephantmen has several graphic novels out and it looked like it's been a really long run. Is it hard to get into?

I don't think Elephentmen is hard to get into, but I stopped reading a while back. I did pick up, and had Starkings sign, a 3 issue arc, titled War Toys. Haven't read it yet, but will give a report once I have.
