I agree my heart is broken about what has happened to Maine, Family came to this country in the 1600's landing in Hampton NH 1649 and moved up the coast to settle in Rockland Area. Rockland used to be a real town, fishing fleets, some packing plants and a downtown that actually had clothing stores, luncheon counters, shoe shops etc. Now nothing but tourist shops. Word has it they moved out of Camden. MY cousins have moved south or are living day to day. I have heard of or know too many people who have lost their land or homes that have been in the family for generations because they couldn't pay the taxes. The democrats never relocate they tax them out.

i hope I didn't give the impression that I'm eccouraging people to leave maine. I'm hoping by drawing a contrast between the two states people can see the possibilty for this state if we can rise up and take back this state from liberals.
