CHEESECAKE??

What kind, exactly, are you famous for? Deep, real New York style, 18" across by 2" thick, REAL CHEESCAKE?

How much? How do I order? Will you ship or sell just locally?

CHEEEEESECAAAAKE! Hmmmmmmm.....

I love cheescake. A lot. REALLY a lot.

Welcome, maam. Glad to have you with us, cheesecakes or not.

Glenn Flowers
(cheesecake fanatic)

^_^ Thanks

Thanks for your comment! I love cheesecake myself, which is why I decided to start making it and stop buying it. I only sell it locally, so if you're within the DC Metro Area, then you're in luck! I used to bake with a 9" spring form pan (for very deepdish cheesecake), but now I use the ready made crust. My cheesecake is very creamy and just $10 a pie.

You can email me (kawaiifiveoh@gmail.com) if you think you'll be in the area sometime and we can arrange something.

DC, huh? Well, it is my choice for my next big vacation, but when that will be is not even in the wind yet. But, you'll be the first I notify when it happens. (cheesecake and the Jefferson Memorial, ahhhh...)

Readymade crust is fine by me. I've seen some in the market that are true, authentic cheescake crusts. Krust-Eze has a boxed cheescake crust that is really tasty also. What I don't care for, as far as chesecake goes, are the Jello instant cheesecake pudding type products. They're good in their own way, but thay are not cheesecake.
Wish I lived in Baltimore, or somewhere within driving distance. I'd become a regular customer. Good fortunes upon you from your cheesecakes.

Again, welcome to TH. Here's hoping you have a LOT to say, you do have a way of saying it.

Glenn

Thanks Glenn

Sorry it's taken me a month to respond to your comment. I will be happy to make a cheesecake for you! I also am not thrilled about the Jello "no-bake" cheesecakes. I think some foods are best done right...and others are okay to short-cut. Cheesecake should always be taken seriously ;)

Thanks so much for your desire for cheesecake. I will actually be raising my price to $15 soon, since it costs me a little over $9 to make each one. I'm also playing around with apple pie recipes and will probably start selling those soon as well.
