Reminds me of a story about post war Germany where the mark was being devalued almost the same. It seems a woman was waiting in line to buy something, she didn't know what, just that there was a line waiting to buy something, and she didn't want to miss whatever it was. She had with her a bushel basket of 100 mark notes to make a purchase. Tired of waiting, she sat her basket down for a minute. When she went back to pick it up, she discovered that someone had dumped out the mark notes and stolen the basket.

How long before our dollar folows suit?
