Let me put it simply. You get it. You understand the ramifications of making this a religious test. The alliance between Mormons and Evangelicals is one worth maintaining, especially on moral issues and the war. Yes, we share some of the same enemies, even though to some evangelicals, we ARE the enemy. On many social conservative issues, you are going to find many allies in the Mormon camp.
