As a Mormon, I've often thought about how ironic it is that Evangelicals are so anxious to vote against Mitt Romney because of his religion. Indeed, most of their criticisms of the LDS religion sound a lot like the kind of things that were thrown at early Christians if the writings of the Apologists are an indication.

Mike Huckabee has been very smooth about the way he has played the religion card, but it was there plainly for those at whom it was aimed.

I understand where you are coming from. Although I disagree with Mormon doctrine we are companions on moral values and political objectives. I have been defending Mitt Romney and speaking against Huckabee for what it is worth.
