The idea is laugable

Even if he was nominated last week instead of two weeks into his administration it would be a joke. He hasn't accomplished a damn thing period. What are they going to give these for next? Showing up at the UN on time? Not tripping over your own feet on your way to giving a speech? Even if there was something in the first two weeks in his presidency he couldn't have been given credit for it since in that short of a time frame all he could have done is finish up something the Bush administration would have started.
