Mr. Smith Is En Route To Washington!

Hello Paul,
Read your opinions on Mr Smith goes to Washington, it really would be wonderful to have someone with those qualities wouldn't it? and I think also we might just have the person...I actually had not seen Gov. Palin speak until tonight after we arrived home from Church, but we have heard what others have thought and it was all possitive......
I cannot imagine in my wildest dreams what ANYONE can see in Obama/Biden two of the most liberal people in America....I watched the part of the news the other day that Obama had not a clue when "life" began , frightening when he is running for head position in a country of this stature. Like you say there is hope, after watching Gov. Palin, I can take a deep breath and start to breath once more, it is going to be very interesting come November.

Urgh! The conflict! I'm torn between the part of me that wants to say, "What do you expect? Of course, it's going to take a woman to make changes and actually get something accomplished." And the part of me that wants to say, "Why? Why MUST it take a woman to 'rise to the occasion'?"

Of course, Barak had his Deborah. Let's just pray that history repeats itself, and this Barak is denied honor as well. :-)
