Should be the nickname for Wesley Clarke. I agree with Tucker Carlson's take on this too. I'll be the first to say that Rush is no saint, but then again neither are any of the rest of us. Come on Philo - I'm not THAT scary ;) Quite the opposite- totally sweet and harmless.
