Did Ginsburg Think Roe Meant Population Control for Minorities, Poor?

Of COURSE Ginsburg was referring to minorities and the poor, but the eugenicist's scythe cuts a much wider swath. In short, Roe and the rest of public "birth control" were intended by those who enacted them, and are meant by those who support them, to cull "weak" elements from the gene pool and, over time, to encourage the evolution of the human race toward some goal defined by those who promote the practice. Abortion and preventive birth control are considered less offensive than the post-birth methods used in the past (Treblinka, Auschwitz, et al) but in fact are identical in intent and at least as destructive in practice.

Whether Ginsburg was expressing her own position or her assessment those who enacted Roe matters not at all; in either case, she supported and defended the result.
