You hit the nail on the head with this article. When you look at liberal run communities, such as Chicago, you see that these places are in shambles. The media does a great job of covering things up. How nice of them. Imagine if us conservatives had another media outlet like Fox News on. We would probably lead this race, which i am not so sure that we dont. Well written article.

The reason I read the Townhall blog and express my comments is because it is cathartic.

Most who live within this virtual world come here because we are like minded thinkers with the exception a few planted neo-Marxist trouble makers.

The problem is, how many people does this blog and similar blogs really reach out to?

With the spattering of conservative talk shows, conservative publications and conservative web / blog sites, how do we compete with the monstrous well financed, well orchestrated, universally penetrating Obama war machine?

Obama is appearing on National TV tonight in a 30 minute bought for infomercial / ‘acceptance speech’, hypnotically regurgitating his socialistic rhetoric.

How many visit Townhall every day compared to the millions being indoctrinated by Obama in every form of National media?

I have hope that Americans will see through his veil of deceit, I hope Obama blunders and we see the true Obama, I hope Americans understand the real consequences if they chose Obama and having a Democrat super majority.

We need to take this fight to the streets, stage McCain signs and banners, wear McCain gear, put bumper stickers on your car, engage people in discussions, volunteer at your local Republican offices, this is the biggest fight of our lives, this is the biggest fight for our liberty.

If Obama does win, keep fighting, never give into the demoralization and trampling of our liberty.

Let's take it from McCain..... We have to get, stand up, fight, and go Vote if we want McCain to win. Instead of walking around with our heads down in defeat, we need to turn out in droves to vote. Obama can be defeated if, Republicans, Independents, and conservative Democrats get out and vote. We are Americans and we have fought for this country, why not fight now. We should not go quietly, we need to fight till the end. If we mobolize, McCain can Win. We have to fight hard. What happened to the day that we fought for what we believe in. Now is not the time to give up, we have to vote, vote, vote and fight. McCain is not the perfect conservative but let me say that he is 150% better than Obama. Imagine, Obmama, Reid, and Pelosi. If this isn't enough reason to stand up, fight and vote then what is. We have never had more reason to fight than now. Listen to McCain, stand up and fight!!!!!!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed in our city and our state today. Murtha LIED on tv last night. He said that the earmarks were good because they paid for the roads and bridges in his area.

Really Murtha? Because I was in Johnstown 3 weeks ago to see Sarah Palin and it looked like that same craphole that it was 6 years ago when I was there for college. The same roads that needed repaired 6 and 7 years ago still needed repaired. The same buildings that were abandoned and run down or in need of a tenent to bring commerce were still empty.

And he called us racist rednecks to boot.

But like you said, the revolution starts today. I signed up for Tim Murphy's campaign. And I will fight the good fight to the bitter end.

It's not over...it's only beginning.
