The Racial Divide (Colin Powell)

Its all over. Enjoyed your post. Prior to listening to Colon this morning, I would have voted for him, because I thought he was of good character, and Republican. Afterwards, totally different story. I was a registered Republican in 2000, in 04 switched to Independant. I vote for people of character and morality and conscience towards God. If there not Christian followers of Jesus Christ then they do not have my vote. If there was a democrat , or any other group that was running and filled the shoes ...I would vote for them regardless. Just wish all would do the same.
I cling to Romans 13: 1-5 which states: Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers, for there is no power but of God. The powers that be are ordained of God, therefore, he who resiseth the ordinance, resisteth not man, but God (paraphrased). God is Master Puppeteer, Satan is the simple Puppeteer, and the government and world leaders are the puppets. God is pulling the levers, and punching out those chads( that was His handiwork)and the greatest thing about it is: He's using us to fulfill His will. I dont like we're this is headed, but if its His will, then who can fight against it. If we're indeed followers of Jesus, then we should be thriving to serve and stay in His will.
