No, I don't think you are racist, in fact I label you a well-read, literate American.
I too am sadden by the selection of Pres. Obama, and am more dismayed by my family memebers, friends, and fellow black christians who threw God under the bus in order to see a black man in office.
I had been informing them of all his views that contridicts what the bible says we should do, but still they voted for him.
So here I sit alone with no one to talk to because I took a stand in direct oppossion to the kool-aid drinkers around me.
I now am able to find some comfort in blogging with people like you who are of the same mind. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for dropping by, and for the kind words.
I am afraid that we are in for a bleak few (hopefully) years. This worship of Obama is absolutely amazing and scary. It is hard to even imagine how so many people can suspend, or abandon, their intellectual skepticism.
I am sorry that your friends are so shallow. Hopefully, they will wake up and realize that you are not an enemy, just of a different persuasion. Maybe we are wrong, and he turns out to be a great American president. In that case, we can go to our friends and say, with great joy, "you were right.) If we turn out to be right, maybe they will do the same.
Just keep your head up and, most of all, keep your sense of humor. The ability to see the humor in things will get us through many hard places.
I look forward to blogging with you. I have only been at this for couple of weeks now, and am already finding that there are many really bright people out there.
