An Introduction: Political Responsibility and Voter Effectiveness

Good blog, I enjoyed it and, my comment pertains to media influence. I feel the media has become the proverbial 800 lb. gorilla, when it comes to reporting on elections and politics. The constant and predictable bias, as it relates to everyday reporting and polling surrounding elections is almost laughable, its so transparent. It would be laughable if it were not for a large part of the populous, that takes them so seriously. Its hard for me to believe that in this day and age with all the radio talk shows, Fox news, and the multitude of blogs, that people don't go to more than one source before formulating an opinion. The alphabet channels still feed a large part of our society their daily dose of blather. I don't see any change any time soon, with the media elite. Their ideologs firmly intrenched in their narrow view of the world, and how important "they" are to it. My 2 cents
