As an example of one of the ways in which we're going there, when I first began blogging and commenting on the "pages" of Townhall.com, I was not allowed to print anything containing the word "hell." Therefore, I changed all instances of "hell" to "hades."
I must say I was surprised to see the title of your blog entry. Just goes to show how even the mores of Townhall.com are being corrupted. In short, "they" (whoever "they" are there at Townhall.com) are going to hell in a handbasket.
On more than one occasion you will find my comments or blogs laced with the expression "going to hades in a handbasket." I suppose that in the future I can change it, although I have become accustomed to my unaccustomed restraint. Maybe I'll keep it. I'll just show "them" that I'm not going to he** in a handbasket!
Yesterday or the day before, I wrote a blog entry titled "No, Mr. Radical Muslim." It relates rather directly to your own blog above. If you're interested, you can find it at
http://www.alteregoshowing.townhall.com. My blog's name is "Post Scripts from the Edge," and I hail from Indiana. You may find it of interest in view of your own blog entry here.
