It's especially irritating when 80+% of us are united behind an enforcement first policy. We want our borders secure to prevent terrorists, weapons, drugs and yes hardworking Mexican immigrants coming in illegally. We want employers to obey the law and stop taking advantage of these poor souls. If the government would do their job in this area maybe a compromise could be worked out for the 12,000,000 already here. Bush is as wrong here as he was on Harriet Miers.
