Isn't this the strangest prediction? Whatever was the purpose? I had to pinch myself when I heard it; it seemed almost too good to be true! Will the MSM give it some wide coverage? I hope everyone hears it!
At any rate, this statement/scenario fantasized by Biden struck me as very odd. I included commentary on it in my blog tonight, also!
