Bringing "Color" to the GOP

You do it by providing economic opportunities to all ethnic groups. Looking at the demographics, there are signficantly more conservative small business owners than liberal business owners. And so you engage people in an economic manner. People who own/run their own business know first hand the hardships that government intervention can bring. So rather than going to La Raza and NAACP meetings, you find the minority small business owners and cultivate relationships and partnerships. These types of relationships will bear more fruit than pandering to groups who aren't interested in what you have to say to begin with.
