jtb...Huck is the most "secure the borders" candidate. Please vote for Huckabee!
It's hard to find an article where people are actually reading and commenting here at TownHall, any more. Therefore, I will try to get the word out with several postings.
You have been duped by media, both liberal and conservative, about McCain. Therefore, you don't have the whole story about Mike Huckabee, either. Here's something you might not have known.

My guy can handle it.
You see, it's not about hating the Democrats.
It's about a love for our country.
I don't choose to vote Obama because I'm anti McCain. I choose to vote Mike Huckabee because I'm pro-America.
I see better days for America with Huckabee, not the avoidance of a lesser evil with McCain.
I see someone who really comes from Hope, again, with Mike Huckabee. Someone who will make America a better place. Maybe even someone who will make Americans a better people.
I really have Hope with Mike Huckabee, again.

Actually the RNC Leaders are to blame
The Party Leaders put us on this path years ago. THEY wanted this "BIG TENT" and now we may end up with a pup tent.
I have been talking to RNC staff for 6 years and all I get is WE KNOW BETTER THAN YOU! I told them we were in trouble in January 2006 and they said WE KNOW BETTER THAN THE LOCALS!
The Republican party has taken a left turn and I will NOT follow-Period!
I told RNC, R-Senate and Congressional ReElection Committees to take me OFF all their lists in June 2007. I will not give a nickle to ANY Republican National Re-Election Group but I will and am giving locally.
I also am in Texas and will be voting Huckabee Tuesday in the Primary and again in the Caucus later that evening. Not because Huckabee is my first choice but because I (and my family) will NEVER cast a vote for McCain.
I keep hearing all of the Nat'l Republican leaders say we will come to McCain after he has 1191, but for me and my house NEVER. Here again we have the National's telling locals, WE KNOW BETTER THAN YOU.
Saying it- will not make it true RNC.
Voting for Huckabee Tuesday in Texas then
WRITING A NAME IN in NOVEMBER!!!

We already gave Hope, Arkansas a chance.
The Huckster knows he has no chance to win outright. He says he hopes for a brokered convention. Every one of those produced a wounded candidate who lost. Why does he want that? Obviously he has no real loyalty to the GOP, either
The Huckster, while not as bad as McAmnesty, managed to reason out a way to reward the children of foreigners who came to this country illegally and committed multiple felonies over the children of legal citizens.
The Huckster refused his opportunity during the CNN/YouTube debate to defend the Word of God as inerrant (in spite of what was obviously a question about the King James Version). His answer was relatively agnostic and anemic.
And then there are the other questions about qhether he really raised or lowered taxes.
No thanks. There are noi candidates for whom I'll vote.

Duped about McAmnesty?
No. I saw him on CSPAN 3 arguing passionately that illegal alien felons deserve retroactive tax refunds.
He--as well as the rest of the GOP Leadership--can build the Fence as described in the Secure Fence Act of 2006...
...or they can kiss my hindermost parts...

Vote In November
Pick any candidate other than R or D. A write in will not even be counted in many places. A vote for any other party or candidate that is on the ballot will show up in the results. If the GOP leadership sees that many votes that they could have had, it may get them to reconsider their drift to the left. Maybe.

Vote JTB
But vote for the independent candidate. Obama is going to win anyway but if enough people vote independent, McCain gets crushed and Obama fails to get a mandate by garnering fewer than 50%, hopefully under 40%. It doesn't matter which independent candidate you vote for, just pick one that is on the ballot, no write-ins - they probably won't be countered. It has to count.
