Golan Heights

The Israelis took the Golan Heights away from the Syrians in the first place because the Syrians were using the elevated position to rain death and destruction down on towns and villages that were within range. If they get the Heights back again they'll just do it again and the Israelis will have to fight and die all over again to retake them.

The Syrians are two-faced liars.
