EXCELLENT post,Flag. Yes,America,warts and all, is STILL BY AND LARGE the best. How many other of the so-called "GREAT NATIONS" have been first to offer aid and assisstance after ANY emergency? Even those who have stated their animosity toward us. If this was such a horrendous place,WHY are so many risking so much to come here? There is no better nation on earth than the United States, warts and all. Nowhere else in the world is freedom so cherished and so much a part of the DNA of the nation. We were a nation born out of the longing for freedom and have fought wars internally and externally to scure freedom for ourselves and others. No one else has done that or would do it, but we do it without reservation. And that's just another reason why we're great!
