Hey
Hey Dash.
First, I got you response on my blog and will answer in time. I have a few other projects I am working on first. Not enough time in the day right now it seems.
But, I would like to disagree with something you wrote on this thread. “My objections to all the lawsuits is that they all seem to silence JUDEOCHRISTIAN displays. I don't recall a single case of the ACLU filing suit to stop a Muslim or Bhuddist display on public land...is there not an inherent contradiction in this?”
I have never seen the ACLU attempt to block any religion from display. They argue for either all or none. And in most cases, (one of my future projects is to get firm numbers on this) they are acting in defense. Other words, someone else brought the case and they are defending someone who disagrees with it.
Like it or not, that is what the legal system was designed to do. The courts are a place for people to go when a dispute arises. The actions of one group, while they may seem good to us as individuals, may impede the liberties, or rights, of another group. Without the courts, where would we go to resolve these issues?
=================
More on the ACLU project that I will one day get around too. There are two areas that I want to research. The first is; what is the percentage of cases the ACLU (limited to religious cases) represents that are plaintiff vs. defendant. The second is; when they are the defendants- who is the plaintiff?
My hypothesis is that there are a few religious organizations that bring cases to court often that cause the ACLU to become the defendant. But we never seem to discuss the ones bringing the cases or the merit of the cases they bring- we/ some just call the ACLU a socialist (insert any name here) and no one really understands the background of the case itself.

Some others disgust me more than pelosi (probably only because i havent noticed her as much, while she's been rising to the top of the democrat scum heap). How about traitor turbin durbin, e.g., with "U.S. military is like hitler gulag...." That piece of garbage shouldve been executed for clear treachery, long before now. Instead, the piece of trash is still in govt, polluting the country (as are many other pieces of scum).
What i really stopped by for is to compliment you on "pc tyranny" (from dawncy's blog). I dont know what all you've said about the subject, but pc is probably the MOST ASSANINE CRAP that any fools in this country have ever bowed to. Dash, keep telling embeciles where to shove their PC STUPIDITY!!!
I see mention above, of aclu and the legal system. Both of those are more scum of the earth. If trash in the legal system cared about justice, it would be something that has worth. But there are very few in it who care about justice. The majority in it care only about how much they can parasite on society. Theyre the lowest of the low. (with the john edwards parasite on healthcare seeming to be their biggest hero).

Makes you sick?
Hope you have a barf bag handy. I used mine on 11/8/06 so none to lend. But I have to say the Tsarina Peloskoyovich is "clean" and "articulate". And she's a member of the "Democrat" Party. According to them these are the worst insults we can "hurl" at them now. DD
