BO

Just an example of "liberal sickness permeating America"

Rabid political supporters

Hey Donnie!

Not sure if you mean Jack Smith, me or Sen. Obama, but let me comment in that order and please excuse the error in interpreting your comment.

1/ - Jack Smith. If you mean that the comments attributed to Mr. Smith, then I have to agree but also expand that to both wings. I'm an Independent, and the most annoying aspect of current politics is the crass polarization. I don't believe that people in general are idiots, nor that idiotism is exclusive to any particular ideology. I am just as sick of Liberal crying about "Evil GW Bush" as I was about Conservatvive gnashing about "Evil B Clinton". Anyone who assumes half of America are complete morons should just draw a bunker over themselves, because they don't agree with any principle of the Founding Fathers.

2/ If you mean me, then we haven't met. I'm about as Liberal as a shotgun.

3/ If you mean Sen. Obama, then I suggest a little reading, starting with the OC Register. Unless I and many other fervent Individualists are wrong, Obama is *not* a liberal ideologue.

"But there was a hush as Flanders reasoned that Obama is the best candidate to work on four top libertarian reforms: 1) Iraq withdrawal, 2) restoring the separation of church and state; 3) easing off victimless crimes such as drug use; 4) curtailing the Patriot Act.

"Obama will probably raise taxes, Flanders says, (although, then again, maybe he won't, ala J.F.K.) and in 2012, it will be time to put a Republican in the White House."

-cheers!
