It is frustrating!

We can't seem to get pass this. Other countries, like Brazil, where I grew up, had more slaves than we did. Brazil was discovered in 1500. They don't have Sharpton, et al, and have moved on.

In Brazil, blacks don't blame their country and whites, for slavery.

Sandra Wise, you are right on. It is the Jacksons and Sharptons that have profited from the hate they encouraged. I don't know if it can be overcome anytime soon. Look to the Palestinians who would rather lose a child to a suicide bomb than stop hating. Not as pervasive here, but, moving in that direction even with their gains.
