Leave Unto Caesar What Is Caesar's

Comrade

Republicans believe in 'cut taxes and spend like drunken sailors', and Democrats believe in 'tax and spend.' If you want to cut taxes then you gosh-darn need to cut some spending.

A core value of modern-day Republicans is to run government incompetently. Even the War in Iraq has taken seven years and over a trillion dollars just to maintain the status-quo. It's a big shame. United States Army generals told the Republicans in 2003 that to take and hold Iraq would take 400,000 US troops.

Who knows better on how to run a military land campaign? The US Army or the Republican triumvirate of Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld?

The Republicans cold-heartedly knew their precious tax cut would disappear with the proper number of troops in Iraq. With so many troops in Iraq, could these 'America-last' Republicans still cling to their precious tax cut?

The Republicans sent 150,000 troops to Iraq, enough to wipe out the Iraqi Army, but not enough to effectively occupy the country. It's irrelevant to these Republican-Marxist wealth-redistributors how many troops are hurt and killed in the process.

First and foremost, I wish to thank you for acknowledging me on Townhall with your insightful commemt. Please understand that I referred to this time honored aphorism as a signal to suggest that military decisions have more weight than political determinations. I was referring only to the present conundrum where the boots on the ground has already filed their advice awhile ago. I see this as hiring a high profile lawyer and listening to his advice or going into a civil proceeding pro se. You turned the clock back from my blog but that is fine, you still touched on some provocative subject matter.
