Mitt, Freedom, and Destiny's Question

Intolerance?

not even close.
The only religion for which I have NO tolerance is the one which calls me an infidel to be converted, subjugated and enslaved.

as for reading your posts twnety or so.. no. But I did read most of them, and they are well written pieces.

In truth I gave a jab to find out if you had a sense of humour to go with the writing.

Secondary truth, Mitt Romney is not the type of RINO I as a conservative am looking for, irrespective of what his religious persuasion is, and as far as it might be from my own evangelical bent.
Not because I don't want a Mormon in the House, but because he isn't a conservative. Just like GWB isn't a conservative.

as far as the wordbutcher .. I get an oddly twisted sense of pleasure from twisting words into new meanings and mangling them at times.

re abortion: Only the heathen can laugh at the millions of children who will never be.

Practical, conversative Mitt.

I see Mitt as being principle based but able to work with others - in other words, a politician who can accomplish goals by working with others who see solutions similarly; the art of compromise.

Standstills are deadlocks = no progress and the original problem only gets worse. Take Social Secuity, for example. This hot potato has been passed from one Administration to another, one Congress to another, to the point where it is the potato exploding in the microwave. It is a mess to clean up at this point....(Ever cleaned your microwave after trying to fast-cook a potato?)

People bleed over Mitt personal, religious faith, dicing his record and words into unrecognizable contortions. They create a straw man in their own minds that has nothing whatsoever to do with Mitt as a capable President.

An executive makes decisions and forges ahead - after due process. He doesn't just wring his hands and wrinkle his brow. He is like old Harry Truman with "The Buck Stops Here" sign on his desk.

Mitt can take the heat of the Presidential Kitchen. He will make progress and get the positive wheels of change moving forward again. He won't be perfect, but he will be hard working and honest.

We need an executive with courage, principles, and vision. Go Mitt!

Boaz - Incarceration of Abortionists

I assume that you are referring to my post, "Will Romney Incarcerate Abortionists?", the link being: http://conservativewordsmith.townhall.com/g/8f2281f5-63be- 4508-a621-40d2e52f2913.

I also assume that you are referring to my weblog, actual title "Conservative Wordsmith", when you made mention of "a conservative wordbutcher" in your post. I suggest to you that you are the one butchering words, as "Moonbats" hardly describes my word, which is "Abortionists." The definition of a moonbat is as follows:

Moonbat
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jump to: navigation, search
"Moonbat (also "barking moonbat" and "moonbat crazy") is a term often used currently in U.S. politics as a political epithet referring to anyone that is liberal or on the left." - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moonbat

Boaz - Incarceration of Abortionists

You wrote: "A conservative wordbutcher asks if Mitt will incarcerate Moonbats just for being intrinsically stupid. But in reality, who cares. They're just Moonbat Fruitloop Leftoids."

It saddens me to think that you would refer to abortionists, those that are responsible for the holocaust of millions of the unborn, as simply "Moonbat Fruitloop Leftoids." I believe that this matter is extremely serious, and making light of it, or trying to make a humorous description of an abortionist, which is anything but funny, betrays the fact that you must not be a true conservative.

I consider it a compliment when you wrote: "The real question though is why do the Romneyoids feel the need to post and repost all of the same stuff over and over? Some of it is well written, but does wear a bit thin after the twentieth or so reading." I'm glad to know that you are reading my posts twenty or more times. I hope that you will soon begin to comprehend their meaning, and, perhaps, come to a true understanding of the dangers of religious intolerance.

The "Intolerance?" comment by Boaz, which was posted to my "Mitt, Freedom, and Destiny's Question" blog post, is his reply to my initial response made to his "Will Romney Incarcerate Moonbats?" blog post.

I apologize to my readers for having to post my above comments into four segments, but there was no other way to post said comment due to its length.
