"Surgical removal" with as minimal collateral damage as possible.

The Commandment reads: Thou Shalt Not Murder, NOT "Thou Shalt Not Kill."

Put yourself in those Israelis' places: if you have "mad dogs" racing toward your family and your friends, you PUT THEM DOWN for good, once and for all.
