On all of these you are correct and I think any one of them is enough to disqualify him, in my mind from being president. However, as much as I despise the man, I think you ought to pull numbers 6 and 15 (maybe not 15 but definately 6)

It is possibleto dislike the man and still not denigrate his service to his country. I don't think that many men could withstand the VC torture that caused him to do what he did in those instances.

Simply put, on all other matters, it is fair to hold him accountable but on 6 and 15 it is not.
