No pun intended. Dems have always been the worst racists, insinuating that black people, indeed all minorities, cannot possibly make good without the government to boost them above their lowly natural station. Well, except for Asians, who consistently outperform EVERYONE simply because they have a strong work ethic and are averse to whining. Vast Right Wingers, keep conspiring!
