Your message comes through loud and clear. The push to suppress the Conservative vote, spirit, and movement in in full force. Likemindeds must unite.

(sigh)yeah, I know, I'm always "preaching". Sandra Wise and especially Jevica do a great job in telling it like it is without "TELLING" you what to think.
Oh well, as I've said before, this blog is mainly so I won't go out and ki11 some Liberal (grin).
Thanks for commenting.

It's been 100 days and I don't know about you, but I notice a big difference between a GOP majority and a Dem majority.
The latest "support for our troops" (and Spinach and Pineapple and a whole bunch of pork) has given lie to the idea that it doesn't matter who runs Congress.
If the absolutes were really on your side Dave, don't you think they'd start getting off that Bush/GOP bash wagon and unite to stop the Dems from putting in a Commander in Chief who is going to sell this country down the appeasement road?
The fact that they haven't, even after this terrible week should tell you something about whose side they really are on.

A House Divided
Sanity, the absolutes may be on their own side, but the pragmatic person still wants their vote for his party. So the rub is getting them to wake up, and work for victory in a positive way.
Snooper, are you implying Civil War here? Right vs. Left?

Townhall problems
Sanity, I've been unable to read or post comments all week, and have had a terrible time even getting to my blog.
I'm hearing all kinds of posters complaining that Thompson isn't conservative enough! Incredible. His record is being scrutinized on every single social conservative issue and rejected when he doesn't fit them all. I'm not a Thompson fan (let me get that straight) but these purists are our of their minds. There needs to be a more open discussion about the nature of politics vs. the nature of philosophy and how we reconcile the two. Maybe you could consider the topic.
Glad to be able to speak again.

This entire US attorney whatever is a non-story. Bush [he is the president] can fire the attorneys for any reason, or no reason, I don't care what Gonzales said about reason, etc. Bush fired eight, the hypocritical MSM didn't care when Bill C. did [fired] all of them, what total B.S.
I used to go to Cato.org alot, but they are totally against the war, I too am getting upset with conservatives helping the Democrats and the MSM attack Bush. Though I do go to national review online [they have a number of good columns] Check out the column by Clifford May "Opting For Failure" at national review, I put some of it on my blog with a link.
I try to check out conservative sites and take what I like from them.
