Who Ruined Citigroup?

Explain, who are those guys

Who are thowe guy's? What are their affiliations and connections. Are they liberals? Should it matter. It seems there is a race to lay blame. and I auppose it is we who are left filling the void, left from the over funded left wing media. I recommend the Heritage Foundation for those of who are still seeking a more focused, and reputable media outlet. There is also a blog link at heritage. org website. Just remember, Ronald Wilson Reagan was there.

Who are those guys?

Timothy Geithner - Used to be policy director of the IMF and was Under secretary under Robert Rubin when Rubin was the Treasury Secretary for President Clinton.

Larry Summers - Was an economic advisor to Dukakis, an economist for the world bank, also undersecretary under Rubin, and succeeded Rubin as Treas. Sec. under Pres. Clinton.

Peter Orszag - Was in various economic advisor roles under both Summers and Rubin during the Clinton administration.

Yes these men are very much liberal Democrats. My point was that the fall of Citigroup can be placed in the lap of Rubin, due to his investment advise he gave as senior advisor. These men are just more of the same. They have been credited with the economic boom of the 1990s, but most informed folks actually credit the personal computer and the Internet for the boom, not anyone's policies.
