The ENTIRE culture in Washington stinks. As far as hiring illegal aliens, the blame cannot be put soley on the employers, as the bureacrats in every agency in Washington have allowed it to get to this point of no return, of no fix. So on and on it goes. Anything now is a band-aid, a save face effort, a futile attempt to right what cannot be righted. Only a complete overhaul would work, but ..... that never happens in politics. I wrote a post on the EEVS program back on December 8th. Maybe it's time to refresh it.
