Veterans hosting anti-Murtha rally, Johnstown PA, 1 Oct

The biggest thing John Murtha and Code Pink have in common is that they don't think twice about using the brave heroes who have died and are wounded in defense of our country to further their agendas. They are traitors of the highest degree.

Instead of Murtha showing his loyalty to our country and the Haditha Marines he chooses to side with Code Pink. As a US Congressman that is despicable and he should not be representing the American people in Congress.

Mr. Murtha and friends will continue their despicable behavior unless and until they are held accountable. What is my definition of holding Murtha accountable? Retiring and redeploying him this November. In order to do so, we need a strong turnout for the VFTT rally to let the PA-12 voters know there is a lot of anger among veterans (which comprise about 15% of the 12th district, a fairly high percentage).

"I became involved when the Sun-Sentinel in Florida reported that Rep. John Murtha (D-Pa.) said the U.S. poses the top threat to world peace. I watched in dismay as the media and bloggers worldwide reported on this misquote."

"My involvement continued when I discovered Diana Irey, John Murtha's political opponent, had attacked Murtha using a fictional quote attributed to Abraham Lincoln."

"Larry Bailey of bootmurtha.com is continuing his three year blind support of our current Commander in Chief's incompetence in war. President Bush declared war in Iraq without the 4th Infantry, our most lethal, modern, and deployable heavy division in the world," added Hancuff.

This mistake lead to the atrocity of Al Qaqaa. Iraqi insurgents stole hundreds of tons of high explosives to be used as weaponry.

"These are the explosives being used by Iraqi insurgents and al Qaeda to perpetuate the war in Iraq."
