A Military Dilemma? (reposted)

Excellent post!! Yes there is a dilemma I do not pretend to know the outcome only that America MUST Remain FREE< STRONG, Capitalist! There is no living Constitution, therer is ONE way to change it and that is to AMMENDIT No interpretation, Court, President, Congress, Leftists can change OUR CONSTITUTION EXCEPT by the Ammendment process which the Left knows they cannot succeed at

A good question I have been asking myself for some time. "What if..?"

"How will We, the People, be able to succeed if we are ever pushed, by tyranny, into retaking our government by force if we don't have the support of the military?"

That is the BIGGEST issue regarding the question.

At Oath-Keepers.blogspot.com, many active duty and former military, present and retired law enforcement officers, and just plain citizens are pledging to honor the oath they took to defend the Constitution and the People from enemies.

They have a list of ten orders that they will refuse to obey due to their conflict or violation of the Constitution. They have also sworn to support the people if they are ever forced to retake their government according to the Constitution.

That means they will only support a Constitutional effort, not just any movement by a group claiming to have that right.

The requirement for being Constitutionally valid is that the people must be the victims of tyranny at the hands of the government. We must be suffering the loss of personal liberties and being illegally persecuted and punished in direct violation of specific articles of the Constitution. So far, we are not suffering from tyranny. But it's getting closer everyday.

I would not like to kill my fellow American's either, but to continue the American dream, we have to scream at what's going on. I'm sure that many military members would join our cause if it came to this. They'd protect America, not a president or his staff who has border-lined broken his presidential oath he swore on. Isn't it the presidents duty to protect us? Who is protecting us from him?

Just read your military dilemma. Do you quote a credible information source anywhere on your blog? It’s obvioius you have never been in the military. You show respect to the rank, not the man. You show no respect for the office of the Presidency. The first part? There is only one sentence other than “So help me God”. That oath you have not taken does not have the word “or” in it. It has the word “and” numerous times. You swear to do all of those things. Since you know nothing about Constitutional law, you aren’t asked to interpret it. Since the military is controlled by the civilian authorities, they decide who our enemies are. POTUS tells the officers what to do. The officers tell the troops. Disobeying a lawful order in the face of the enemy pretty much means you will be executed on the spot. The only dilemma is the TH made up one. If you are not prepared to follow the orders of the officers and the President, whoever that may be, you have lied in your oath, the oath that means more than any oath you can take. No reservations, no fingers crossed behind the back. Only someone who has not taken the oath or someone who has no courage to stand up would be faced with a dilemma. The fact that you are worried, considering all your information comes from TH, means nothing to me or anyone who has taken this oath. You projecting your inability to open your eyes on our great country doesn’t worry me but it’s too bad you never tried to be all you can be. This is America. You are your limiting factor.
