Obamadinejad & Ahmadinejad, an update

Obama is a full blown Narcissist;
probably the pathological variety; a sociopath. He has such a grandiose estimation of himself that he holds others in disdain. Everything is about him. Nobody else is as important or as intelligent as he is. He believes all the stuff he says about his great abilities. Observe the way he struts, keeps that head back, smirks, dull eyed even when smiling. Narcissists are the most difficult to work with because they have no desire to change because they are already so superior in their own opinion. He is most likely a pathological liar, a charmer (to masses) but deceitful, manipulative and without a conscience. He is a typical Narcissist. A dangerous man. He has no trouble slaughtering the unborn and would have no trouble wearing the mantle of a radical islamist. To trust Obama is to trust a viper. I worked with Narcissist for 15 of my 30 years in nursing as head nurse and clinical director.
You should be familiar with Timberlawn Psychiatric Research Facility. It's in Dallas. Check out this link.

I read the article you referred to this morning and I'm not one bit surprised that he would be holding secret talks with
Iran. And yes, no matter what kind of horrendous situation he might create, Bush or somebody will be made responsible. Narcissists never take responsibility for their own horrors. Good insight, Garnet.

I am so glad that we are apologizing all over the globe. There is nothing that we need right now than is to be loved by all. Lets all join hands and sing, We are the world." Come on, lets all join in.
I have noticed that we moved away from hope, change, and yes we can to honest mistake, hiccup, bump in the road.
If Iran comes after us or Israel, is that an honest mistake or just a hiccup
And off topic, I can't believe those Senate boob heads that voted to confirm Holder!

Within One Year Israel Will Attack...
Iran's nuclear facilities. The Israeli military is being too quiet about all of this. They know Obama will give "the keys of the kingdom" to Iran (to make Obama look better in the eyes of the world). They know that the best estimates of Iran producing a nuclear weapon are between 1 and 2 years from now.
Israel cannot risk Tel Aviv disappearing in a nuclear blast. And now that Israel can no longer count on the US, she will have to defend herself.
Unless something VERY drastic happens, Israel must take out those facilities within the next year. I wonder what Obama will say then.

Three tax cheats - plus all of the Clinton retreads. He is really showing his executive capabilities now, isn't he?Surrounding himself with scoundrels.

what I've described. Ahmadinejad will do the Iranian shuck an jive all over Omammy and leave him reeling. But Omammy will tell us hicks and rubes how he convinced Ahmadinejad to give up his nuclear ambitions and join the world community and sing Kumbaya around a peace pipe. I know that we on TH won't believe him though.

Bobbie is correct. I hadn't thought about it earlier, but I was doing some research a while back on some of those same traits, and yes, he is classic narcissist. He's already done the Al Arabiya apology to the muslim world, next he will apologize to the EU for the US not being French enough.
What have we wrought??

The problem is that anyone who is younger than mid forties or so doesn't REMEMBER Carter and the Misery Index. They're dependent on written reports of his Presidency - they don't know how BAD it was - and probably don't think that any democrat President could be that bad. We are at the mercy of idiots.

Arik, you don't remember how bad it was
The “misery index” was a combination of the unemployment rate plus the inflation rate, which was higher at the end of the Carter term than ever before – or since. It was 20.5 (13.5 unemployment, 7% inflation) then and on top of that, the interest rate was 8%. The index at the end of the Reagan years was 9.6%. G. Bush’s index (as of May, 2007) was 7.1% for comparisons. Thus, an indication of how completely inept Jimmy Carter was.
That's part of the problem, our younger population doesn't know what a bad President is. I think we're about to find out.

Excellent post, Garnet! Bobbie Rocks! and tells it like it is, as do all the other commenters here. We are all frightened that somehow we allowed the MSM to create a vision, a screen on which anyone can see what they want to see in PBHO. He is in so far over his head and he may be just beginning to realize he should have stayed in the Senate.

I remember a few things, like my best friends saying her dad would get laid off if Ford won (He worked for Terex, was in the union). Well, Carter won and the layoffs still came.
I remember my parents complaining about the price of gas, but don't really remember what the cost was.
I remember a few years later, learning in school how the Republicans may win the Presidency and have a majority in the Senate, but the cahnces of them getting a majority in the house was very slim, because the democRats were considered "The Peoples' Party."
I find it amazing how much went on in my early lifetime that I didn't know about at the time. The moon landing and Woodstock were both during my "in utero" time, and the Kent State shootings were 7 miles from my house, when I was about 6 months old. Watergate, the Fall of Saigon, the oil embargo are all from times that I am old enough to remember, but I just didn't pay attention at the time. It's amazing how happy we were in our little suburban neighborhhod while all hell was breaking loose around the world. My daughter is much more aware of the world around her than I was at five. She has also travelled more than I had by the age of 13. On the other hand, I think she's also much smarter than I ever was.

Some people NEVER get it, arik
I think, with few exceptions, that we’re all like you describe – meaning that the world is chugging away right outside our door but we’re more interested in toys/school/sports/girls/cars etc. until some “eureka” moment when we begin to realize that things outside our immediate little world do have an impact on us.
I don’t remember exactly when it happened to me, but it was probably around the time that I got married, had a kid, bought a house, etc., all within a two-year period. Then, I realized, life isn’t all fun and games – it was deadly serious.
And our government was affecting my life more and more each year - mostly to my determent. I think that's when we mature.

Well, the Iranian thug told the US Badmitton team it could not face his minions. What will the Messiah say to that? Cheney is right. The Left has already forgotten the War and is making PC comments about trials, rendition et al. But, if and I hope it is not soon, the Islamofascists strike the homeland, only then will we see if this guy has any Mitch Rapp guts to deal with these murderers.

rakoons - thanks for visiting!
I've been working on a piece comparing the left's "solutions" to crime in this country and their beliefs regarding international bad guys, i.e., countries like Iran. There are many parallels in their philosophies. Like, the perpetrator is not really a bad guy, he's just a product of our society, thereby assigning some of the blame to you and I. Similarily, Iran doesn't really harbor evil intentions against the U.S. (or Israel), they're just reacting to our misuse of power and arrogance - again, our fault. It's really the same mindset, just ramped up to fit an international equivalent of a mistreated youth. BS.
