Ignoring illegal immigration

We stole California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas from Mexico at the point of many guns. Now many good folks have come here out of desperation seeking to make a life denied to them by many generations of corrupt governments often propped up by our government or business interests. As they stretch forth their hands we step on them and tell them they are illegal. My religion tells me we are all beggars and come short. We have no right to deny to anyone else what we waste and consume so easily here in our safe little world along the Wasatch front.

I saw a bumper sticker i wished I owned, "No human being is illegal".

Think about it, where is your compassion and charity?
