Commentary on the Immigration Reform Bill

Because we have set up a system of publicly funded, government controlled/regulated infrastructure and utilities and payroll taxes - a system that assumes that people are here legally and not getting paid under the table, we now have strained infrastructure. Our roads are clogged. Our water is scarce. Our power is scarce. Paranoid environmentalists and NIMBYs prevent more power sations and roads from being built. Meanwhile, we have this whole semi-underground culture that has imported Tijuana - over and over again, and new developments to accomodate the influx are hampered by regulations. We need border control, immigration laws enforced, and true privitization.
