What has happened with regard to Limbaugh's bid for part ownership in a NFL football franchise is deplorable. The media promotes and accepts a caricature of Rush without any critical research. It is outrageous that the media did not talk with any of Limbaugh's Black associates or point out that Limbaugh does not have a public record of any racist hiring practices. Moreover slander and libel should not be mainstreamed in public discourse, in a civilized society. I do not agree with Rush's tone always but why should some liberal Black players boycott him and not wife beaters, drug dealers, dog torturers etc.. who play in the league?

BTW Jevica, I think the new national GOP website qualifies as a useful utility in minority outreach.

I think it was Paul Krugman [no Rush lover] who said he should be able to by [limited] the club.

As you said look at some of those who oppose Rush on this, what a group.
